What to do:
- Helping organization to maximize the value created (customer centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.);
- Ensuring teams and stakeholders understand Agile/Lean theory and practices;
- Being a servant-leader for teams/tribes;
- Constantly learn and educate in new Agile practices when needed;
- Helping teams in self-organization and cross-functionality development;
- Removing impediments to the teams/tribes progress;
- Facilitate team/tribe level events;
- Coach/Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners/Managers;
- Develop community of practices across organizaton.
What you need:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development domain;
- At least 70 sprints of experience in Scrum Master role;
- Deep understanding of Agile values and principles;
- Deep understanding of business value discovery and delivery process;
- Cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in non-Agile organization;
- Communication skills on high level;
- Facilitation/Mediation skills and experience;
- Mentoring/Teaching skills and experience;
- Intermediate level of English.
Would be a plus:
- Working experience in multi team setup;
- Team/Individual coaching skills and experience;
- Cases of Agile transformation on organizational level;
- CSM/PSM, SAFe, KSD/KMP certification.
