IT System Analyst (Senior)

Required skills

• minimum of two years' experience in system engineering;
  
• knowledge of UML diagrams, functional architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, BPMN;
• understanding of software architecture principals SOA;
• experience in description of interfaces and interaction between system components (technology agnostic);
• ability to effectively conduct technical discussions with system architects and developers;
• experience with typical integration patterns via DB, API, standard protocols;
• financial domain competence is a strong plus;
• bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or financial domain;
• self-motivated and work well independently;
• in-depth knowledge of data structures and ability to analyze data to solve problems;
• organization and multi-tasking skills that strike a balance among validation/verification, requirements analysis, customer interaction and project oversight;
• flexible and easily adaptable;
• language: English Upper intermediate; a strong plus: German;
• experience in programming is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• building relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their business challenges to provide IT solutions that can deliver the desired business impact and contribute to the long-term strategy;
• coordination and facilitation of team activities in cooperation with business, other analysts and developers;
• defining new and improve existing business processes.
