Junior Account Manager

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.

Требования:

• 1-2 years of experience within an account management role or similar - a must
• Turkish language as mother tongue is a MUST
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal - a must
• Forex industry knowledge - advantage
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) - must
• Strong computer, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, target driven, confident and determined
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high- pressure situations

Обязанности:

• Manage the customer from onboarding, through the life cycle and ongoing activities.
• Develop trusted long-term relationships with key accounts and customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
• Promote new products/services to existing customers to maximize client satisfaction
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Upselling clients by offering other products
• Achieve quarterly and annual metrics and goals
• Prepare reports on account status
