Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and drive employer branding activities
• Coordinate external and internal Employer Branding projects
• Managing cooperation with universities, career centers and youth organizations
• Organization of EY educational events for students and graduates (contests, workshops etc.)
• Content management in social media (EY career pages)

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, HR, Linguistics or other related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience (Marketing, PR, HR)
• Experience with the Professional Services industry would be an advantage
• Experience with photo or video editors would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian, Russian
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Strategic and out-of-the box thinking
• Advanced PC user
