EY’s International Transaction Tax services (ITTS) practice works with multinational and domestic entities to design transaction strategies that meet their business, operational and financial objectives. The ITTS practice is a trusted business advisor to domestic and multinational corporate and private equity clients on, among other services, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, internal restructurings, divestitures and capital markets transactions. We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic and hard-working tax professional who is looking for a challenging career move.

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities 

• As part of our ITTS team, you will build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
• Preparation of draft reports on international tax matters
• Tax structuring of international transactions
• Communication with tax experts in Ukraine and abroad
• Review of requirements of Ukrainian and foreign tax legislation
• Planning, reporting and risk management
• Development of comprehensive strategies in international taxation
• Participation in discussions on the meetings with clients, coordination of projects with both clients and international EY offices
• Preparation of marketing materials, assistance to development and realization of EY strategy on expanding of market presence
• Assistance to management in resolving other issues, including the organization of training courses, staff recruitment, etc.
• Gradual development of relations with clients, proactive approach to preparation of propositions of services and campaigns, designed to building clients’ loyalty

Skills and attributes for success: 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Degree in Law, Economics or Finance
• Excellent English oral and written skills
• From 1 to 2 years of work experience in consulting

Ideally, you’ll also have 

• Previous international tax consulting experience is advantage
• Experience in Tax, Banking, Finance and Accounting is also welcomed
