Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain range of HR administrative issues, including preparation of all personnel documentation, maintenance of HR databases, HR filling and archive system, etc.;
- Assistance to HR Operation Team in any administrative work etc.;
- Provide support to employees on various HR administrative issues;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and EY policies and procedures, liaises with Labor Inspection, Employment Centre, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR is preferable but not obligatory;
- 4-6 year of study or recent graduate;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Intermediate English, Ukrainian and Russian;
- Excellent communication skills, friendly personality;
- Pro-active and organized;
- Accurate and attentive to details;
