HR Advisory team brings advisors that share a passion for serving the unique needs of businesses’ HR management. Securing an advisor that understands the range of HR management matters and can support the complex range of such matters impacting your business operations is paramount.

EY professionals offer a wide variety of services that are associated with development and maintenance of HR functions in companies. These include remuneration systems (base pay, short-term, long-term incentive programs and benefits), key performance indicators, HR analytics systems and organizational structures development and improving, HR design, grading systems development, remuneration surveys for all employees’ categories.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join HR Advisory team in our Kyiv office. The team helps clients support and develop HR practice. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with large Ukrainian and international companies, collaborate with the other EY teams and offices, providing a great opportunity to build and expand your corporate network.

Your key responsibilities

As part of our HR Advisory team, you will help the team to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.

  • Remuneration systems and performance indicators (KPI) development
  • Optimization of business processes in the field of HR management
  • HR analytics systems development
  • Implementation of the automation and digitalization of HR functions
  • Organizational structures and companies’ headcount development
  • Assistance in planning, reporting and risk management for the team
  • Participation in discussions on the meetings with other EY teams
  • Preparation of marketing materials, assistance to development and realization of EY strategy on expanding of market presence
  • Assistance to management in resolving other issues, including the organization of training courses, staff recruitment, etc.
  • Gradual development of relations within team, proactive approach to preparation of propositions of services and campaigns, designed to building clients’ loyalty

  • Qualifications:
  • University degree in Economics/Finance/HR Management, Applied Mathematics/Statistics or any equivalent
  • Digital savvy, advanced user of MS Excel and other applications of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian (both written and oral)
  • Previous HR consulting experience is advantage
  • Any additional experience in consulting roles
