International Tax Intern

Requirements:

• University degree in Law (5-6 year of study)
• Understanding of principles of international taxation, tax treaty law, Ukrainian tax laws is advantage
• Good business English and Ukrainian writing skills
• Willingness to learn and to deal with complex and challenging tasks;
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Positive attitude;
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).

Responsibilities, depending on your expertise, may include:

• Research on various international tax law matters;
• Assisting senior team members with challenging international tax planning (structuring) projects:
• Finding tax efficient ways to invest into Ukraine
• Helping the clients to develop IP holding structures in order to protect the client's assets and to reduce tax costs in a legally compliant and transparent way
• Finding tax efficient ways to finance the businesses and to repatriate profit earned from business activities up to the business owners in a tax efficient way
• Drafting a written advice on various tax and legal matters;
• Participation in seminars, conferences on international tax topics.
