Production Planner (maternity leave position)

Production Planner

The main purpose of this role is to increase company profitability through effective short and long term production planning, inventory level optimization. Embeds the appropriate processes and routines to capture optimization opportunities. Ensures close work with other functions and maintain effective working relationship with suppliers.

Main responsibilities:

• Manages short- and long-term production planning, 
• Proactively escalates in case of any identified bottleneck or system disturbance in supply or demand and support finding possible solution
• Manages the inventories of FGs as per agreed SLA
• Support Production Planning related projects within the BU to optimize planning processes and increases efficiency
• Ensures internal customers’ requirements are met
• Manages optimization and efficiency improvement projects in the area of responsibility to ensure continuous improvement 
• Supports implementation of new tools and process improvement initiative in production planning, optimization of own area
• Constantly improves own results and ways of performing assigned tasks.
• Participates in yearly Business Plan preparation and monthly RE updates
• Cooperation with other departments to streamline processes and increase their effectiveness
• Best practices implementation for improving services

Main requirements:

• Higher university degree (Economic, Finance, Technical)
• Work experience in Planning
• Advanced PC user (MS Excel)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication skills, able to handle time pressure
• Learning mindset, willingness to express and experiment with new ideas
• Intermediate English
• Open minded, change agent
