ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing Expert to establish and manage our Channel Marketing strategy starting from identifying country HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels big bets to the moment when HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels strategy executed at the delight of our customers and by creating unique experiences for our shoppers and consumers in stores.

Reporting to the OOH Channel Marketing Manager, this role will work on maximizing the value we generate thru HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels and potential dry ones yet to be activated. Your role uses relevant channel and shopper insights and, by combining the holistic way of doing HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels, designs and executes best in class HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels strategy. The role is responsible to plan for execution of the strategy in disciplined manner, holistically and by managing risks and opportunities.

In this high-visibility role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence mainly, but also with finance, supply chain and system partners. You will play a leading role in the Marketing leadership team. A strategic leader in the business, your goal will be to drive business performance and partner with sales for bringing in stores our RGM vision into life. The objective is to drive sustainable HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels development and growth of share and quality leadership within. Your clear focus would be revenue and profit delivery.


  • Contributes to the identification of long-term country big bets and translates Marketing activity calendar into specific HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels actions with having HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels activity calendar as output;
  • Partners and coordinates with Portfolio Development and Regional marketing execution managers to explore regional specific opportunities, and plans and aligns addressing these thru relevant channel programs and integrating those in the annual HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels activity calendar and DME master plan for the country;
  • Manages HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels programs business cases with keeping Return of investment, leadership growth potential and customer centricity central;
  • Contributes to the design of full marketing support led by Portfolio Development & Integration team for all Marketing programs and owns HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels activation plan;
  • Coordinates the design of annual Picture of success (portfolio definition together with Customer Value Growth Manager, owns Zoning and respective activation tools like POP, equipment etc., integrates Pricing together with Commercial excellence team and partners with execution control and Commercial capability team for cascading down and guiding execution of sales teams;
  • Plans and executes full communication to wider Commercial team re HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels programs;
  • Continually updates and refreshes ongoing organizational HoReCa&Petroleum&Kiosk Channels Marketing processes and systems to run highly efficient and more agile processes;
  • Leads the creation of Learning and Winning Marketing organization as well as responsible for the overall Marketing employee engagement.


  • I have university diploma;
  • I have 3+ years comparable experience of Trade-markening, Sales in large, complex, multi-channel organizations;
  • I speak English above Upper-Intermediate level;
  • I have driver's license (2+ years);
  • I have high level of communication skills;
  • I am responsible, result-oriented, proactive and energetic.
