YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Long-term talent planning: Driving/supporting long-term succession plans to strengthen the bench; providing analyses and benchmarking to LMs as insights for decisions; utilizing opportunities for strengthening the pipeline, shared through Strategic Workforce Planning and captured in BP
• Talent Reviews: Co-owning and co-leading the Talent agenda together with HRBPs
• Country talent bench: Strengthening of country talent bench supporting HRBPs and Line Managers in succession planning for country Leaders
• Talent retention: Supporting delivery of Talent Review sessions ensuring development progress and retention of talent in focus, setting long-term career path and plans for top talents
• Individual Development Plan support: Supporting line managers to define right development interventions for talents, driving the implementation and building capability of line managers to develop talents
• Accelerated development Programs: Delivery of standardized development programs, building Line Managers' capability to identify and develop talent, supporting participants in their development, promotability of participants
• Rise Management Trainee Program: Delivery of all in-country elements of standardized Trainee program, support and co-own internships

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• You have University degree (Social sciences will be a plus)
• You are experienced in talent development area (running development programs, supporting individual development, identifying development gaps on organizational level and building a strategy accordingly, connecting talent development with specific learning interventions, supporting mentoring and coaching agenda in the organization)
• You have good presentation & negotiation skills, strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
• You have high level of motivation and result-oriented approach, pro-active and flexible attitude
• You are IT literate with effective skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Your English is at Advanced level
