Strategic Price and Promo Analyst

    • Develop and design OBPPC framework (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) strategy via effective use of insights, that will address shopper and consumer needs in different channels, and drive growth of category value & NSR/UC
    • Link and reinforce channel strategies with OBPPC overall while leading cross-functional workshops and/or trainings and reflecting strategy via Picture of Success
    • Development of the 3 year business plan, while focusing on step changing our team's capability in understanding, planning, selling and executing against the OBPPC strategy
    • Single serve acceleration strategy development
    • Deliver clear and quantifiable results in volume, NSR/UC, market share and shopper metrics through its short to medium term deliverables 
    • Determine strategic pricing opportunities and cross-channel strategies, with focus on opportunities in future price corridors and opportunities for premiumization
    • Managing implementation of portfolio strategy for all categories in cross-functional environment 
    • Coordinate cross-functional team for OBPPC implementation
    • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Finance and TCCC in the process of OBPPC strategy creation and delivery
    • Supports RGM 2.0 framework implementation especially in the area relating to OBPPC, strategic & tactical pricing and  Shopper landscape


    • Master`s degree (Economic, Finance, Technical)
    • 3+ years’ comparable experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing or Market research in FMCG industry
    • Deep understanding of FMCG Commercial Operations and impacts of marketing mix strategy on business
    • High analytical and strategic/conceptual thinking and execution
    • Cross-functional project management skills and experience
    • Able to develop and present compelling selling stories to both internal and external stakeholders, including customers
    • Quick in grasping the customers, shoppers needs and the needs of commercial colleagues
    • Motivated, engaging and pro-active collaboration and cross-functional cooperation
    • Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), database knowledge and expertise in dealing with shopper/consumer analytical tools (AC Nielsen, GFK, etc.)
    • Good knowledge of English
    • Competences/Skills: Business/Financial acumen, Customer awareness, Promo management, Strategic thinking, Influencing and communication skills, High level of analytical skills.
