The main purpose of this role is responsibility for supply security and cost effectiveness of Marketing and Commercial categories in BU (Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia). By independently leading and executing end to end sourcing of locally managed categories as well as cooperating with Group Procurement Managers for Group managed projects. Ultimate responsible to deliver and improve service levels provided to internal customers, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure supply security and cost effectiveness
  • Manage supplier selection process and negotiations within relevant locally managed categories and full support for centrally managed categories; Manage contract expiration and maintain contracts in CMS (Contract Management System)
  • KBIs development and handling
  • Improve payment terms and stock level at supplier premises
  • Suppliers evaluation, claim management, corrective action plans managing
  • Cross-functionally collaboration across the organization to implement Procurement decisions and meet Internal customer requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Central Procurement Group and global partners
  • Supply strategies development
  • Ensure and lead cost-saving and innovation projects
  • Build price models, manage annual budget, perform variance analysis
  • Act as Procurement Ambassador in New Product Development meetings
  • Develop and improve Procure-to-Pay procedures
  • Ensure CSR and Compliance strategy implementation; policies followed

Main requirements:

  • Higher University degree
  • Experience within procurement of marketing and commercial categories
  • Supply governance processes knowledge and project management approach
  • Knowledge of key characteristics of sourced categories (goods/services) in terms of technical requirements and commercial conditions
  • Successful negotiations both with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Balanced collaboration within cultural diversity and analytical skills
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to the same values
  • Learning agility, thinks customers, drives impact, fosters agility: agile between strategic thinking and transactional operations
  • Change management/influencing skills (remote team environment; dotted management)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office
  • SAP experience is an advantage
