Operational finance specialist

Manpower Ukraine on behalf of our partner, multinational technology company which produces computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services is currently searching for:

 Operational finance specialist, Kiev 

 Responsibilities:

• Internal Reporting on status spend for all budget buckets & Scorecard management, CEP, RF, Country Plan, Empowerment funds, Sub Infra
• Consolidation and review the exceptions at the area of responsibility 
• Continuously review the quality of reporting data
• Budget set up for FY
• IO and Initiative template upload
• Clear / clean current FY Budget file (consolidated view of Infra spend)
• CEP process (Commercial execution planning), Consolidation of CEP plans from the units, Consolidation of CEP details for approved incremental funds and other additional investments, CEP updates for Check-In meeting
• IO management – on Multicounty level working with unit CEP planning owners and Budget desk (or relevant support team) to make sure IOs are up to date, shifts made, budget allocated as per CEPReinforcing spend management timelines and compliance messages on spend
• PO Hygiene, PO Accruals - broad GSR enforcement on top of Finance communication, POE enforcement on top of Finance communication to have POs invoiced 

 Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years related experience
• Experience and deep knowledge within Finance and Business / Budget Planning/Analisys
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
• Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis 
• High analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (required), PowerBI (recommended)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
• English – upper-intermediate level
