Sales manager (mining equipment)

Manpower Ukraine on behalf of our partner, leading international company, specialized in mining equipment, spare parts and services, is currently searching for

 Sales manager (Krivoi Rog) 

Aim:

To provide minerals sales business with a strong and eager salesman for Ukraine with specification of Krivoy Rog region covering present and bringing new clients.  

 Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize daily personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact, towards achieving agreed business aims, including cost and sales 
• Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability 
• Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract identify opportunity, prepare offers, present proposal, negotiate and close the deal
• Work / Plan sales activities in a cost-effective way 
• Establish, develop and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, through visits, telephone calls and correspondence 
• Create a sales action plan and report status on a regular basis
• Admin sales (meeting targets, customer visits, ERP etc.)
• Cooperation with technical support team
• Often travelling and working from home office when needed

 Qualifications:

• University educational background preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Economical
• Experience in sales B2B
• English knowledge — intermediate
• Industry knowledge, analyzes and understands the client's business, market and competition to provide insights into the market and opportunities Market
• Ability to communicate and present information
• Honest and willing to travel, able to build trust and fulfill agreed matters
