Requirements:
— Linux OS: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience working with Linux servers (installation, packages, network & local firewall definitions, etc)
— Windows server: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience working with Windows server for configuring basic functionalities (IIS, telnet service, folder security etc.)
· Understanding networking and router configuration (IP ranges, mask, subnets)
— English language: Proven skills with read, write and verbal being able to conduct a reasonable technical conversation(Upper-Intermediate)
Will be a plus:
— Technical background (experience in ISP, telecom, or working in the other IT related company as support engineer)
— Basic knowledge of SQL statements for MySQL / Oracle
— Basic knowledge of Database administration and maintenance for Oracle or MySQL (backup, imports, basic DML & DDL)
— Analytical skills / reading / understanding logs
— XML / SOAP: Knowledge & Practical experience with Basic usage of XML/ SOAP messages
Responsibilities:
— Provide technical support and assistance to the customers.
— Work in touch with Developers / QA team on the reported issues.
— Handle SW platform upgrades.
