Director (Paycell)

Functions:

• Calculation of business plan and competitive business models. Establishment of relations with the financial regulators, financial market players, financial partners. Setting lifecell KPI in mobile financial services.
• Leadership and coordination in establishing the legal scheme for mobile financial services. Approval of the scheme with all relevant parties in lifecell and/or lifecell related companies: legal, finances, CEM, etc.
• Development of partnership with the financial affiliate/partner: setting up the services that the financial affiliate/partner will perform, management of relations with the financial affiliate/partner, contracting.
• Bench marking competitors/Turkcell/other financial players activity in mobile financial services and introduction the best practices in lifecell.
• Cooperation with Ukrainian and worldwide financial institutions to bring Ukraine to cashless society.
• Management of merchants: confirmation of merchants' activation, merchants' commission according to the business model, activation of merchants at lifecell resources.
• Promotion of lifecell financial products among lifecell subscribers including internal and external channels of communications.
• Researching new financial products that lifecell can implement. Calculation of business cases for the new products. Approving the new products will all relevant parties.
• Planning the road map with the new financial products to reach lifecell KPI and increase revenue.
• Leadership and coordination in: technical implementation of the new products, confirmation with the relevant parties, negotiations with the outsourced parties, merchants, contracting.
• Researching new financial technologies and their analysis for lifecell implementation.

Requirements:

• Area - Finance.
• Working experience - 5+ years on the same position.
• Language skills:

1. English - Upper-intermediate.
2. Ukrainian - fluent.

• PC Skills - MS Office, SAP.
