Job area

Development and delivery of corporate training based on business needs, aiming at corporate and managerial competencies level increase, maximizing the effect of corporate education and development within Company.

Design and delivery of development programs for managers of the Company in accordance with the position level and requirements for managerial competencies.


  • Planning, communication and coordination of training and development programs for managers.

  • Design and delivery of learning programs, preparation of training, preparation of training materials.

  • Setting a task to providers on the structure, main topics, content and structure of learning content and requirements for cases and formats.

  • Definition of the methodology and rules for evaluating the participants' satisfaction with the learning content and format of training.

  • Regular communication with managers during formal and informal meetings on the organization and implementation of learning plans.

  • Cooperation and coordination of development programs for managers with the Sales FG initiatives, in particular the "Institute of Leadership".

  • Administration of learning information to LMS

  • Support of the "Executive Development Club", its development and improvement to the needs of the Company.
  • Finding training programs for TOP managers (C level).

  • Organization and communication of Club meetings.

  • Support for the "Management School" program, its development and improvement to the needs of the Company.
  • Planning, communication and coordination of the program for managers.

  • Collaboration with internal and external trainers in the preparation of the content of the program for new mid-level managers and managing specialists (MS, TH, UH).

  • Monitoring and checking the effectiveness of the program, updating the structure and contents of the training sections.

  • Development and implementation of learning modules within the program.

  • Administration of learning information to LMS.

Trainer's Activities:

  • Preparation of materials for the creation of training courses in accordance with the learning priority directions.

  • Delivery of internal training for the development of corporate competencies for the Company's employees, and upon request - for representatives of partners.

  • Possible thematic areas of the programs: communication skills, business e-mail writing skills, personal effectiveness, time management, stress management, effective business meetings, facilitation and moderation skills, presentation skills, etc.

  • Regular participation in events aimed at the development and promotion of corporate learning at the Company.

  • Participation in demo presentations of new external and internal programs for feedback and program quality provision.

  • Communication with internal trainers on sharing experiences and improving program content quality.

  • Sharing of useful and interesting materials within the Internal Trainers Club.

  • Participation in the preparation of Internal Trainers Club meetings.

  • Participation in the cooperation programs with universities.

  • Participation in the planning of the corporate training catalog.

  • Searching for the best learning products and technologies at the market and in the group of companies (in-class and remote), searching for expertise within the company and initiating knowledge transfer processes from experts.


  • 4 year experience in the area of learning and development in multinational companies.
  • Working experience in consulting companies will be a plus.

  • English - upper-intermediate.
