IT Sourcer / Researcher

Требования:

• Reliable IT industry knowledge, including understanding of relevant tech skills and roles, target companies, conferences, open-source communities, etc.
• Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, X-Ray and Boolean search, API patch methods, etc.)
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Initiative and ability to learn quickly in the dynamic environment
• Desire to develop and grow in the recruitment sphere
• Readiness to learn modern recruiting tools and applications

Обязанности:

• Implement different sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals
• Identify the top 1% of candidates matching requirements and engage them
• Compose outreach emails
• Support company hiring goals by proactively building a pipeline for priority and passive roles
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the competitive landscape and gather insightful recruiting data

As a Talent Sourcer, you will work with our technical and GTM recruiting teams (SF and Kyiv) sourcing the top candidates.
