To help us achieve our ambitious growth plans we are looking for an energetic, experienced (2 years+), hands-on Brand Manager with business leadership skills as well as execution skills to support our new market entry strategy.
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing/PR plans in order to build the Cpamatica brand and help increase marketing profit across different traffic sources and niches.
Additionally, this position manages the marketing budget, affiliate and advertisers relationships, public relations and media campaigns.
It is critical that the Brand Manager creates a strategic vision for Cpamatica affiliate network and continually creates programs and promotions that increase Cpamatica brand awareness and marketing profit.
What We'll Expect from You:
At least 2 year of work experience in PR / Communications / Marketing;
Project management skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced ever-changing environment;
Excellent verbal and written communications in English (C1+) and Russian;
Commercially minded, with a creative flair;
Good team leader and member, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
Strong networking and presentation skills with attention to details and strong organisational skills;
Ability to get things done and follow strict deadlines.
Will be a plus:
Experience in strategic media planning and research analysis;
Experience in working on the brand oriented at english speaking Tier-1 countries's customers/businesses;
Some management experience (although the role would require extensive hands-on projects).
So, what You'll Be Doing:
Establish strategic brand vision for Cpamatica affiliate network;
Leading the PR activities to maximise brand exposure;
Work on increasing the loyalty of our partners, extending their LTV by introducing loyalty program, customer development surveys, bonus scheme;
Manage and coordinate advertising budget spend; introduce KPI system for promo campaigns performance assessment;
Overseeing social media content and affiliate network reviews on the main profesional platforms (coordinating work of SMM manager / content manager);
Coordinate strategic partnerships with counterparties;
Potentially overseeing organisation of partner events and company stands at affiliate conferences (with the help of Admin team).
