PepsiCo Ukraine, represented by «Sandora» and «Wimm-Bill-Dann Ukraine» companies, is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian market of foods and beverages.

The company occupies a leading position in the market of juices and juice products with «Sandora», «Sadochok», «Sandorik» brands and others. The brand portfolio also includes Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda carbonated drinks, Lipton Ice Tea iced tea, «Aqua Minerale» mineral water. In the market of snacks, PepsiCo Ukraine is represented by TM Lay's (chips) and TM Hrusteam (crisp bread product). The company holds a strong position in the market of dairy products with «Chudo», «Slovyanochka», «Mashenka» and other trademarks. PepsiCo Ukraine baby food is represented by the «Agusha» brand products.

We invite successful and talented marketers to the SeniorBrand Manager role, TM Pepsi.

Essential Competencies of the Role: This list of competencies is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other areas of responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up Strategic Plan
  • Achievement of monthly and annual targets by KPIs
  • Understanding brand essentials (equity) and adapting it into local market through adjustment of communication strategy considering local consumption habits & insights
  • Determining right mix of market/consumer/shopper research tools for building local consumer portrait and for deriving sound consumer insights/needs (in cooperation with Lead Market)
  • Transformation of brand communication strategy into «advertising/marketing campaigns» & leading its flawless execution (in cooperation with Category Shopper Activation team)
  • Co-development of long-term brand strategy & innovation pipeline with all related stakeholders
  • Aligning, conveying and promoting the brand communication strategy within the organization
  • Developing annual marketing initiative pipeline in line with brand development strategy & local commercial objectives
  • Synchronizing brand plans with trade marketing initiatives in cooperation with all related stakeholders
  • Managing advertising/media/digital agency partners as a part of brand marketing team
  • Leading & following up the brand's compliance with 4P (product, price, promotion, place/distribution) marketing mix considering the market conjuncture

Required Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Marketing/ Economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, leading the Lead-brand or Category
  • Understanding of analytical tools, Nielsen, EYC
  • Budget management background
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office - advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
