Junior Finance Controller

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller (temporary contract for ~1,5 year) to become a part of our Electrolux Sales Business Unit, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Reporting to Business Controller Ukraine & Caucasus, together with Senior Controller you would provide your support in controlling and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit and revenue management (preparing customer receivable balances, credit limit management, checking order requests, monitoring payment, sending out reminders);
• Calculation of monthly obligations to customer, keeping proper reserve balance records, and processing documentary settlement;
• Providing cost analyses and initiation of corrective measures when necessary;
• Managing cost centres, pricing and client's databases;
• Support in:
• month-end closing routine;
• internal control testing (ensuring smooth processes with adequate controls within the company);
• various forecast processes;
• preparation of different group reports;
• external audit.

Key Requirements:

• High education in Economics / Finance / Accounting;
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Accountancy in international company;
• Working experience with document flows, big amount of data;
• MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must);
• Knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage;
• Upper-intermediate English.
