Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to become a part of our Laundry & Kitchen Product Line team, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Together we form competitive range of our products based on consumer needs and competitor analysis. Our main task is to manage the product life cycle, covering for Ukraine and Caucasus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a competitive product range;
• Analyze market, competitors and product for product mix optimization and profitability;
• Validate and monitor pricing to ensure continuous profitability;
• Take process ownership of new product launches including phase in and phase out;
• Support local adaptation of product catalogues;
• Communicate to customers for agreement of product strategy, portfolio and line-up;
• Provide photos, specifications and other product data to customers for their promotional material;
• Ensure product data accuracy is maintained within our systems;
• Portray a professional image of the company.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Economics/Business related studies.
• 3 years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel (pivot tables), Power Point).
• Analytical and strategical thinking.
• Ability to work with a massive volume of data.
• Good presentation skills.

Required languages:

• Native Ukrainian.
• Fluent English.
