Java Team Lead

Responsibilities:?

• Leading a team of 3-6 developers;
• Development and management of product components;
• Development of design documentation;
• Java code development;
• Java, PL/SQL, SQL code development;
• Taking part in internal, customer and pre-sales projects as a lead developer.

Qualifications:

• High Technical Degree;
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a developer (leading developer - is preferred) in Java, J2EE technologies;
• 1+ year experience in leading a team of developers;
• Deep experience in commercial projects;
• Deep knowledge of software development methodology;
• Knowledge of design patterns, development processes;
• Experience in working with DBMS, preferably Oracle (SQL, PL-SQL);
• Deep experience in development of Web-based systems;
• Good technical English verbal/writing skills;
• Experience in working in telecommunications areas is a plus.
