RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing strategy of brands in the Ukrainian market;
- Collecting and analysing of all relevant market information concerning brands (market shares, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors' activities);
- Advertising, promoting launching brands to the Ukrainian consumers;
- Preparing a yearly and long term marketing plan for the brands in Ukraine;
- Representing brands towards the Advertising Agency and Media Agency, implementing with them all necessary advertising actions;
- Controlling and making reports on the marketing budget status of brands according to marketing plans monthly;
- Recommending price strategy for products/brands
REQUIREMENTS:
- Marketing or economics higher education;
- 3-4 years in marketing, at least 2 at the position of brand manager with a multinational company;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Good with numbers, good understanding of strategic marketing
- PC user: MS Office, Nielsen, SAP (preferably);
- Proactive, goal oriented, strategic thinker, good communication and presentation skills, good project management skills
