General requirements:

• Good English;
• DHTML, CSS strong knowledge;
• JavaScript, Ajax (jQuery, Yahoo UI);
• UI design/mock-up skills;
• Basic understanding of Web applications development (PHP, Ruby on Rails or similar);

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to write standards-compliant code that works across browsers;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
• Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity;
• Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work;
• Independent and proactive;
• English level - Upper-intermediate (ability to speak over the phone).
