Recommendation is any information about potential candidate (external). It is enough to provide the candidate’s first and last name + any contact details + information about supposed position, which most accurately matches the candidate’s skills.

Availability of CV is desirable but not required;
Referrer is not obliged to confirm either personal or professional qualities of the candidate;
Referrer is not obliged to confirm interest of the candidate to consider vacancies
Referrer is not responsible for successful completion of probation period by the recommended candidate
The recommendation is accepted, if the Personnel Management staff have not contacted the recommended candidate within last 3 months
Bonus for recommendation is paid if the recommended candidate is hired within 3 following months after referral.
