Plant Production Director

A big manufacturing company with foreign investments is looking for a Plant Production Director. This position reports directly to the Plant Director and is responsible for Production and Maintenance and cooperates closely with all departments of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and control the full cement production circle;
• Supervise equipment and operating ranges;
• Determine the need for machinery and equipment;
• Manage personnel technical training;
• Monitor delivery time, quality compliance, equipment investment etc.;
• Co-ordination with Group Technical Services.

Requirements:

• Masters in Process Engineering (Preferably technology of building materials);
• Preferably 3-5 years management experience in multinational production company ( on the position of Chief Process engineer in the cement industry);
• Proven knowledge in cost savings, lost reduction, change management etc.;
• ISO 9000 training would be a plus.
• Computer skills - MS project, SAP.
• Intermediate English.
• Initiative, responsible, self-organized.
• Persistent and result-oriented.
• Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
