Head of Marketing

For our further development in Ukraine we are looking for the experienced candidate to fulfill the position of Head of Marketing Department.

Functions include:

• Takes part in developing of the marketing strategy based on the information about the market, products, customers and competition;
• Analyses this information and provides recommendations on how to develop the business moving forward;
• Responsible for marketing strategy implementation;
• Defines short-term and long-term targets regarding his activity as well as concepts of marketing communication and branding ;
• Provides all necessary monitoring, reporting and follow up.

Requirements:

• Marketing/Economics Degree;
• 3-5 years experience in marketing/ brand management;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Commercial thinking;
• Result-oriented, well-organized;
• Proactive;
• Fluent English.
