Due to the further development of our activity in Ukraine we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfil the vacancy of Junior Supply Chain Specialist in our Head Office.
Objective on the position is a new and foremost Main Projects support which includes:
- Negotiations with suppliers re all the scope of division activity;
- Data analysis and development;
- Administrative work;
Your daily routine will be a mix of:
- Operational negotiation with suppliers re process of work with Metro system;
- Business correspondence with suppliers - sending price adjustment letters, notification letters about changing Rules of Logistics, penalty notification letters etc.;
- Follow up the updates and ensure the correctness of all the information related to the suppliers in all necessary supplier data (Access, Logos, Negotiation Report and other relevant reports);
- Signatures follow up, handling docs in suppliers' portfolio;
- Consultation of the suppliers regarding general issues of Logistics Rules and other operational issues;
- Supporting other activities and projects of Negotiation Activity and Company as a whole
Requirements for the position:
- Education with Economics/ Techs;
- FMCG/ Retail experience is a plus;
- Good analysis skills;
- High self-motivation, energy and initiative;
- Strong result orientation;
- Good communication skills;
- Powers of persuasion;
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
