Due to our further development we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill a position of

Tax Manager

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting;
• 3+ years' experience as Chief Accountant/Deputy Chief Accountant /Tax Manager/Tax Auditor;
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian taxation system;
• Excellent knowledge of deferred taxation;
• Experience of work with tax authorities;
• Deep knowledge of Local Accounting Standards;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creativeness and readiness for innovations;
• Good leadership, communication and business development skills;
• English (intermediate as minimum);
• Computer literacy: MS Win, MS Excel, MS Word, accounting programs(SAP R3 is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Control over computation of taxes in order to ensure compliance with the tax legislation and mitigation of tax risks for the company, signs and submits tax reports to local authorities;
• Holds responsible for tax planning, covers Ukrainian and international taxation;
• Prepares reconciliation between local accounting and tax accounting;
• Calculates deferred taxes: local accounting with tax accounting;
• Minimizes tax burden and optimizes related procedures;
• Ongoing monitoring of changes in the tax regulations and pro-active reaction on them;
• Support management decisions from tax perspective, including development of recommendation on the most tax-efficient and risk-free options for business;
• Maintains relationship with tax authorities;
• Coordinates work with outside tax advisors and tax auditors;
• Is in charge of tax team in Accounting department MCC UA
