Regional Field Operations Manager Kyiv

For our Kyiv district we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Regional Field Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Ensures proper implementation of special customer programs defined by the Company and its proper execution by Field Operations departments in the Stores of the district.

Adapts and validates the objectives locally according to the stores' peculiarities and needs.

Is involved in the customer portfolio selection in close contact with Store Managers and Head of Field Operations.

Reaches the global objectives of the district in terms of growth and cost according the certain KPIs.

Is responsible for some specific budgets based on structural issues like personnel, bonus, incentives and salary, also with advertising and promotion if needed.

Is responsible for collecting customer demands, expectations and needs and then has to propose solutions and alternatives to them involving cooperation with Buying and Customer Management department.

Makes market monitoring and competitor analysis with further proposals on the company activity.

Does training and coaching for the team: customer visits, performance evaluation, feedback.

Requirements:

• University degree
• 3+ years' successful sales and managerial experience in FMCG sector
• Market- and Customer-oriented, commercial thinking, business awareness
• Good organizer, high achiever, communicator, pro-active, decision-maker
• Strong leader
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office package
• Valid driving license

• Excellent knowledge of English as well as Russian and Ukrainian is a MUST
