Recruiting Agency PERSONNEL is searching for talented people willing to join the team of professionals and to develop career in HR. Currently we are looking for Recruiting Assistant.

Main responsibilities:

• monitoring labor market activities through media;
  
• conducting database and Internet search;
  
• CV screening;
  
• conducting primary telephone interviews;
  
• responding to general candidates' inquiries;
  
• processing relevant paperwork.
  

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Finance&Accounting;
  
• 1+ year of working experience in client-oriented companies;
  
• strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  
• excellent typing skills;
  
• ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment;
  
• good PC skills;
  
• good working knowledge of English is a must.
