Position description
Leading U.S. based technology developer (named cool vendor by Gartner) opens Project Manager position in its Kiev branch office.
Project Manager will be responsible for driving and managing of development of software technologies and products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage products/projects (from pre-sale to delivery stages)
- Manage product team (resource planning, allocation, load)
- Supervise requirements/SOW preparation
- Manage requests for changes
- Report project status to the program management and to the customers
- Maintain adherence to company policies and industry best practices
- Handle incoming requests from 1st and 2nd layer support teams
Requirements:
- Product oriented mind set,
- Good understanding of cutting edges of modern software industry
- At least 3 years in equivalent position in software development area
- Fluent English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Strong analysis skills
- Good management skills and ability to execute
- Self-driven, goal-oriented
- Experience working in geographically distributed environments
- Ability to travel
Familiar with key technologies:
- CRM/ERP/DMS
- Web Services (SOAP)
- MS Outlook/IBM Lotus Notes is plus.
