GlobalLogic is looking for Project Manager to work in Kyiv office. The position is opened in our BU that specializes on design, development, testing and support of OSS/BSS solutions for largest telecom software vendors and service providers based on established set of Agile development practices and tools as well as strong expertise with systems integration and customization.

Required skills:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience on PM or Team Lead positions
• Technical background with OOP technologies stack (Java, C#)
• Strong people management and team development skills
• Strong business communication skills
• Strong knowledge of software development processes (Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience in setup and enforcing of software development practices
• Strong planning, estimation and reporting skills
• Fluent English

Desired skills:

• Good knowledge of agile engineering practices (TDD, CI) is a plus
• Experience with task management tools like Jira is a plus
• Telecom domain knowledge is a plus
