IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing user related IT services within Red Bull.
What we expect:
- University degree (IT),
- Experience in IT support related areas in international company (knowledge of Lotus Notes and client equipment),
- Ability to communicate and work in English,
- Young, proactive, initiative personality, passion about Red Bull brand.
What you should do:
- Support IT Infrastructure (LAN/Wiring, Communication, System and user-data backup)
- User equipment, support & training (Client hardware/software, Special equipment, Applications)
- Administration (User management, System documentation, Ensure inventory and licenses are precise and up to date,
- Ensure infrastructure is properly available, Handling of local IT contracts)
- Coordinate with region IT to ensure compliance with international standards.
