UI designer

Ignite Ltd, International software development outsourcing company invites highly skilled and experienced UI Designer to take full time position in our office.

The customer is Global High Tech company. They develop a product for detecting problems in the digestion system (like cancer, bleeding, blocking etc.) by asking the patient to swallow a small capsule that contains a very small video camera. The video camera transmit the video into the medical device that runs the software to detect the problems in the digestion system. Highly interesting and innovative project!

Profile requirements:

• A degree in design/graphics studies
• Excellent graphics abilities; An eye for appealing and usable application interfaces
• Excellent coding skills - HTML, XHTML, CSS - very important
• Experience in working with XML, XSLT, XPath & XSL-FO - very important
• Experience with Microsoft products, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Silverlight applications - very important
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe Flash

Graphic design skills:

- Raster & Vector graphics, ability to create appealing designs and interfaces which conform to a high usability level

Coding skills:

• HTML, XHTML
• CSS
• XSLT
• XPath
• XSL-FO - an advantage

Microsoft products - knowledge and experience:

• Build WPF and Silverlight UI
• Excellent command of XAML - very important

Software:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Flash
• Visual Studio
• Microsoft Expression Blend
• Microsoft Expression Design
