The VEU Sourcing company is announcing an open vacancy for the position of Virtual Recruiter.
VEU Sourcing (www.veusourcing.com) is a US based international company that provides business solutions and business process support for IT companies in Eastern Europe.
We are currently hiring staff members in Ivano-Frankivsk team of recruiters. Hired candidate will be responsible for:
- Search for candidates in online databases and match them to the Client's requirements;
- Phone and email communication with the candidates and Clients;
- Phone interviewing the candidates before presenting them to our Clients;
- Prescreen and evaluation of candidates based on their resumes and interviews;
- Presentation of vacancies and candidates.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualities:
- Higher education (this year graduates are considered);
- Computer and Internet skills at the level of advanced user;
- Fluent Russian, English/German at intermediate level or higher;
- Knowledge and/or understanding of Business Ethics;
- Communication, negotiation skills;
- Ability to work remotely.
