Responsibilities:

• «Playing Coach"
• Managing team of TM: setting goals, monitoring results, employee motivation, employee training
• Participating in search of potential partners: the primary contact, access to decision-makers, informing about the company's services, maintaining relationships, reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in sales
• 1-year experience in Call Centre or Contact-Centre on a position of Team Lead
• Basic understanding of IT market
• Fluent English
• Basic knowledge of PC
• Leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, initiative, activity, responsibility, analytical skills
