Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- 6 - 7 years in the healthcare field with 5 years of direct monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical development, global Monitoring and Study Management processes, ICH-GCP, applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to supervise people
- Motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Administrative, financial, and technical skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- High responsibility
- PC literacy.
