Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our office in Kiev:

As a Partner Account Manager you will work closely with hotel suppliers: hotels, hotel chains and brands, GDS, ODD; training and support hotels; commission payments; and expansion the base of hotel suppliers.

Main tasks:

• Dealing with email correspondence concerning the hotels' requests to become sold on the web- site;
  Dealing with the hotel brands and chains in terms of direct contract with our company;
  

• Training and coaching the hotels to use Extranet module;
• Being responsible for commission payments from hotels and suppliers;
• Expansion of the base of suppliers with new ones;
• Commission negotiations;

• Provide feedback on the quality of the Extranet module of the website on ongoing basis;
• Familiarize oneself with new tools, processes and provide regular feedback on these.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English plus preferably another language (TOEFL certification);

• Accurate and critical work attitude;
• Organized and able to work on own initiative;
• Keen eye for details;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Enthusiastic, flexible and pro active attitude;
• Knowledge of hotel industry;

• Sales/working with suppliers experience.
