Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Management or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications
- At least 3 year of relevant experience
- Fluent English is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of NBU normative acts
- Knowledge of Bank operations
- Knowledge of sales theory
Main responsibilities:
- Organizes the work of Branch
- Organizes the activities on active sales of the Bank's products
- Responsible for the clients attraction
- Responsible for the Outlet plans fulfilment
- Controls the operations performed by the employees of the Branch
- Responsible for the documentation flow of the Branch
