Head of Analytical Department

A leading international financial services and investment company is inviting a talented and highly motivated person to join their team as "Head of Analytics Department".

• Development and control of all analytical processes in the company
• Investment portfolio analysis and forecasting (Risk management)
• Operational analysis and reporting
• Complex financial and operational modeling
• Business analysis of operations (restructuring business processes, strategy improvements)
• Participation in IT development projects (analysis of business needs, writing requirements)
• To manage a team of up to 10 analysts.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Higher education (mathematics, statistics, quantitative economics or finance)
• Work experience in with financial analysis and statistics
• Fluent English and Russian
• Experience in managing a team over 5 people would be a strong plus
• Experience in working in international companies would be an advantage
