Customer Support Representative (Compliance)

Your tasks:

• Consulting existing customers regarding our products and services;
• Addressing customer's needs and concerns, explaining rules, providing all needed information;
• Informing clients over the phone about missing documents for verification;
• All performed via e-mails, calls.

Your profile:

• Excellent English;
• Great communication & negotiation skills;
• Stress-resistance, self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm;
• Previous experience in call-centre / complaince department is a plus.
• Experience in Forex is a great plus!
