We are currently looking for User Experience Designer.

Responsibilities

• Successfully create visually stunning web and mobile application experiences as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to run UI project him/herself
• Consulting with clients and Lead User Experience Designer
• Collaborating on user experience planning with a Lead User Experience Designer
• Performing user testing sessions and analyzing feedback
• Working closely with Product Management, Engineering and QA teams
• Provide training to other team members and mentoring to junior team members
• Researching UX design trends

Compulsory skills (must have):

• Extensive UX portfolio is a must (5 top-class web apps and 5 top-class mobile apps on iOS, Android, MeGo, J2ME)
• Passion for pixel- perfect interface design
• Neat and clear visual stylistic
• Highly-organized source file and slices, ability to design user interfaces from idea to final graphical UI
• Knowledge of usability and Web 2.0 standards
• Extensive knowledge of iOS interface guidelines
• Familiarity with Android and other mobile platforms interfaces
• Experience conceptualizing ideas, creating wireframes and clickable prototypes
• Experience creating Information Architecture for web and applications
• Excellence in creating pixel perfect mockups using Adobe CS tools
UX Heuristic analysis of web and mobile applications

General skills:

• Flexibility, open-mindedness, ability and desire to learn

• Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent presentation skills

Experience in the following areas will be advantageous but not necessary:

• Presentation creating using Microsoft Power Point
• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with Adobe Fireworks, Flash,
• Familiarity with Mac OS X, Apple Xcode/Interface Builder
• Paper prototyping
• Agile development methodologies (XP etc.)
• Experience and/or working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web 2.0 Standards
