Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English (higher education majoring in English is a plus)
• Previous experience in working with documents or text-heavy websites
• Advanced MS Word 2013 skills
• Good creative skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, results-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask, works under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
• Independent attitude
• Software developer background, understanding of development frameworks (advantage)
• Knowledge of online gaming and mobile standards (advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, understand and document information that will be communicated to our clients or internally
• Help people find the documents or information they are looking for
• Design and format documents in a way that corresponds to the requirements set by our company
• Maintain existing documentation by updating both the content and the look
• Write news and articles for the Portal Product website (knowledge base), while maintaining a high standard of English
