Position Purpose
This position exists to provide quality service in Access Management and Mailbox configuration processes.
Responsibilities
- Process requests related to Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange management systems in accordance with the existing standards, policies and within time commitments;
- Perform analysis, troubleshooting and processing of incident requests related to Active Directory and Exchange management systems;
- Participate in global projects, initiatives and other relevant assignments.
Qualifications & Experience- University Degree;
- At least 1 year of working experience in IT, preferably in the areas of application support and customer service. Experience on working with service management application is a plus;
- Intermediate English;
- Ability to concentrate on work details for a long period of time;
- Good analytical and communication skills.
