HRM manages the relationship between employees and Livatek.
It is an goal oriented, open-minded, proactive person who able to generate and implement ideas. He/she feels comfortable interacting and communicating with employees and all levels of internal staff, management and executives.The HRM should have direct and consistent contact with Livatek employees; it's a type of person who can own the relationship.One important thing that HRM does is advocating for the employee. He/she builds trust with employees, and as their insider, HRM should know and deal with the concerns and wants of the employee to Livatek. At the same time, he/she helps shape and improve employees satisfaction with Livatek, career development, corporate team spirit and overall relationship between Livatek employees.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to creating a safe and comfortable work environment supporting trust and productivity;
- Manage employees' experience and be truly in tune with what their needs or challenges that relate to their work to Livatek;
- Maintain and run HR processes;
- Cooperate closely with Office Manager to care for and improve the office environment;
- Development and implementation of Livatek Employer Branding with help of marketing;
- Own and execute (corporate) onboarding and offboarding of employees;
- Hold employees satisfaction review with focus on Livatek;
- Manage terms of employment, legal relations with Livatek;
- Arrange internal social events and team-buildings;
- Hold exit satisfaction interview of employees as a tool for Livatek improvement;
- Maintain market salary statistics and make recommendations for salary bands;
- Define and run process for performance review and salary adjustments;
- Recruitment support in social media, PR etc.;
- Draft and maintain job description for admin employees;
- Cooperate closely with Client Success Manager to create productive working conditionsfor clients' teams;
- Other tasks which supports employees, team and Livatek success
