Requirements:
-    relevant experience;
-    good English
-    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
-    excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
-    punctuality.
Responsibilities:
- visitors and phone calls reception;
- provide full administrative support to the office and staff;
- manage the office schedules and attendance;
- manage order in the office;
- assistance in organizing company events;
- visa and travel arrangements;
- prepares and routes documents;
- English/Russian translation of general office documents
