Responsibilities:- Handling litigations in courts;
- Protecting of the Company interests in official bodies and state authorities;
- Interacting with Company Departments on legal issues;
- Drafting and reviewing of different forms of agreements (purchase and sale, loan, storage, service, agency, labor etc.);
- Providing legal support to Company activity;
- Working with contracts, drafting and reviewing;
- Analysis of legislation
- Maintenance of all corporate documents, preparation of minutes, administrative orders, proper registration of all changes to the Constitutive documents of the Company;
- Preparation of reports and executive summaries in English for head office;
Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Work experience is desirable;
- Knowledge of corporate law, trade law, civil law, labor law;
- Court Experience is a must;
- Fluent English is desirable;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Adherence to detail;
- Age 22-30.
